I was employed for 30 years in the Computer & Office Equipment Industry, and in 2007 decided to setup my own business offering my experience and knowledge directly to Computer Manufacturers, Suppliers and Users of Servers, PCs, Peripherals and associated Information Technology Services.

It is impossible to summarise the experience acquired over a 30 year period bearing in mind the extraordinary advancements in technology, however being involved from a management and support perspective in the generations of computer advancement I am more qualified than most to provide honest, professional and all round Quality IT Services.

I have excelled in many roles over the years:

Trouble-shooter, Network Specialist and Senior Field Support Engineer specialising in the preparation, commissioning and support of PC's, Servers and associated peripherals.

Technical Manager, responsible for the provisioning of support services to a broad customer base heading up a team of several engineers.

Quality Manager, directly responsible for attainment of the BS5750 / ISO9002 Quality accreditation.

This demonstrates in brief how well equipped I am to provide any IT related services to both the Business and Domestic sector.
